4. Credits and Payments

Credits do not expire
Credits are non-transferable between accounts
One credit is consumed per image generation
Failed generations due to system errors will be refunded

You agree not to:

Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Upload images that infringe on intellectual property rights
Use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive content
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service. Generated images are owned by you, and you may use them for commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet your specific requirements or expectations. AI-generated results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReshootPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
